What I enjoy most is combining conceptual planning with creative craftsmanship. I draw my creativity from nature, deep conversations, and experiences outside my comfort zone.

Bewegung im Alltag
In everyday life, many people mostly move in specific situations, such as the gym or during intentional workouts. At the same time, most of our daily activities are dominated by sitting, leading to a lack of movement that can negatively impact health and well-being in the long term. Our project explores how simple types of movement — like rocking, circling, or balancing — can be easily and naturally included in daily routines. We’re designing a modular object that can be used in different ways, either as a whole or in separate parts: to help with active sitting or to encourage playful movement. The goal is to make it easy and personal to use — movement shouldn’t feel like a chore, but happen subconsciously. We want to get people thinking about how movement and relaxation are often kept apart — we want to contribute to a design approach that does not separate activity from recovery, but rather brings them together.
