Good design begins with the hands. Experiences in workshops, my interest in sustainable processes, and the joy of experimentation have shaped me — just as much as the realization that good design often starts quietly, but leaves a lasting impact.

A Porcelain Lamp for Everyday Life
The idea for our bachelor project emerged from a shift in perspective:a light conceived not merely as a source of illumination, but as a quiet companion in everyday life — one that responds to subtle, habitual gestures. The simple act of coming home and placing down a set of keys — something everyone does a little differently each day—became our starting point.Working with porcelain, we created a refined object that makes use of the material both functionally and emotionally: translucent, restrained, and precise. A subtle presence in the room, offering a sense of calm. As the project developed, it became increasingly clear how layered the theme truly is. It’s not just about form or technology but about ritual, a feeling of belonging, and intuitive interaction. Its relevance lies in this very connection between design and the everyday — especially in a time when so many things feel loud and overly complex.
