I enjoy developing thoughtful concepts and discovering new paths through experimentation, preferably in collaboration. I work with focus, curiosity, and attention to detail — often, it all begins with a good idea on paper.

32 Gramm
Brand Development for a cross-generational Patisserie and Memory Concept
32 Gramm is a café concept that emerged from a personal feeling of transience. The idea that, with a person’s death, memories of beautiful moments and the things they created might also disappear was a defining trigger for me.From this perspective came the desire not only to document culinary knowledge but to share it to create something meaningful for society. As my research progressed, I became aware of the complexity of the topic — it’s not just about recipes but about preserving and passing on memories and about creating encounters between generations.
32 Gramm is therefore more than a patisserie: it is a platform, a place for connection, and an invitation to bring people back together. It’s about the stories behind the pastries — and the new memories they can help create.
