Screaming Together
A Book on Activism and Solidarity
My project, in collaboration with Antonia Paschen, is about making activism and solidarity accessible. Many people feel overwhelmed by bad news in politics — many want to get involved, support, and take action but don't know where to start. We want to inspire confidence and motivate, because if we join forces and act together, a lot can be achieved. How can we deal with emotional social issues, and how can we organize protests? In our book, political alliances and activists talk about their work and what drives them. We accompanied many committed people with our cameras and spoke with them, which inspired us greatly — and we want to capture and share this in our book. Politics concerns us all — especially after the events in the world over the past few months.
