During my studies, I discovered my passion for meaningful design projects. Through international NGO work, team leadership, and tutoring, I was able to strengthen my creative, organizational, and intercultural skills.

Celebrate as the occasions come
An intercultural holiday calendar
The idea for my intercultural holiday calendar arose during my work at an Indian NGO with an international team. I noticed how differently holidays are perceived and celebrated—and how much this diversity affects joint planning. This sparked my desire to make cultural differences and similarities visible. Over the course of the project, I realized how important collective celebrations are for social cohesion and how religions often divide, even though they share similar themes and rituals. With my project, I want to emphasize these commonalities and unifying values. The calendar brings together the most widespread holidays of European cultures and religions, explains them clearly, and makes them tangible through illustrations of various customs. The project is aimed at everyone who values diversity and should especially be used in schools and educational institutions to promote understanding and dialogue.
