Design, to me, means the freedom to give space to your thoughts and ideas.I prefer working analog – from handwritten notes to intricate projects. The most important thing is that it's made with love!

In my bachelor’s thesis, I explore the concept of »pausing« — especially in relation to humans as inherently dynamic beings. What fascinates me is the connection between two seeming opposites: movement and stillness.I personally spend a lot of time outdoors and truly enjoy it. For me, nature is a place where I can slow down and find peace — a counterbalance to the overstimulation and fast pace of modern life. It’s a space where one can simply pause at the moment and take a breath. This is exactly where my central issue arises: When we’re out and about, we often want to consciously stop for a moment — to breathe, observe, and just be. But suitable opportunities are often lacking. The ground is wet or dirty, tree trunks are uncomfortable, and places to sit are rare or already taken. The moment of rest never really happens — and we move on, even though we wanted to pause.
This is what I’m addressing with my project.
