When working on a project in animation or illustration, I like to tell my story through new visual ways. Through the process, I like to immerse myself in it and learn new things along the way.

immer wieder irgendwann

Throughout the day, we find ourselves waiting for something or someone multiple times. Often times, a feeling of frustration overcomes us. How long until...? When does this end...? A glance at a watch. Not a minute passed. Staring into the void, hoping for a change. Wishing to find a fast-forward button and free yourself from this torture of this never-ending wait, even if this wish may never leave your head. I decided to choose this moment as the main theme of my animation and establish a world in which I could integrate these emotions. My intention was to set up my scene in a way to simultaneously enhance the frustration as well as intensify the longing wish to leave this situation.
